Get ready for some chili!! Our Chile Expo event will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, and Cajun Gumbo is returning. Dust off your chili and gumbo recipes and enter! Admission for tasting is $10 per person. Doors open to the public at 11 and tasting starts at noon. Awards will be announced around 2 pm.
