Get ready for some chili!! Our Chile Expo event will be held Saturday February 11, 2023, and this year we are adding a new category - Cajun Gumbo! So dust off your chili and gumbo recipes and enter! Admission is $10 per person. Doors open to the public at 11 and tasting starts at noon. Awards will be announced around 2 pm.
